About the Role

The Director, Sales Incentive Planning & Performance Management will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) performance management and sales incentive programs globally. This role serves as the connective tissue between sales leadership, finance, HR, sales compensation, business planning, and operations, ensuring alignment to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Incentive Strategy & Governance: Own governance of CMS sales incentive programs globally, partnering with Sales, Finance, HR, Total Rewards, and Sales Compensation teams to align plans with business priorities. Evaluate and recommend enhancements to plan design, measures, and frameworks.
  • Performance Management Leadership: Define and maintain consistent compensation performance frameworks, drive transparency through standardized metrics and reporting, and establish processes to monitor performance.
  • Quota, Target Setting & Planning: Partner with leaders to set seller targets, lead annual and quarterly planning processes, perform scenario modeling, and ensure alignment among company objectives, quotas, and incentive measures.
  • Analytics & Business Insights: Own attainment and payout analysis, develop executive-level reporting, translate data into actionable insights, and support business reviews and planning cycles.
  • Operational Excellence: Simplify and standardize performance management processes, identify automation opportunities, drive efficient rhythms, and establish scalable governance.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, build relationships across regions, drive alignment, and present recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 6+ years with a PhD. Expertise in sales compensation, performance management, or related fields.
  • Specific Experience: Designing sales incentive programs, leading target-setting processes, working with senior executives, and improving operational processes.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with incentive compensation platforms, CRM data, performance management systems, and automation tools.
  • Leadership Competencies: Strategic thinking, executive presence, analytical rigor, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $188,400.00 to $301,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary varies based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

Schedule

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, with specific days confirmed by the Hiring Manager. Work hours vary based on department needs.
