About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to customers
- Collaborate with marketing to create and execute go-to-market plans
- Manage and mentor a team of sales engineers

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a team
- Strong technical acumen and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
