Director Revenue Strategy & Commercial Innovation

For our client, a leader in the Media space, we are seeking a Director of Revenue Strategy & Commercial Innovation. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue plans for new initiatives, ensuring accountability for financial targets
• Translate market demand and advertiser feedback into priorities for ad product formats
• Lead the market introduction of new ad formats and own the path to repeatable offerings
• Operationalize the monetization of the company’s data assets and own partnership revenue outcomes
• Manage strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s commercial positioning and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue strategy, ad products, or commercial partnerships at a digital media or ad tech platform
• Experience managing teams for 4+ years, with at least 1 direct report
• Expertise in monetizing first-party data assets from ideation to deal closure
• Ability to create and execute data-led ad product strategies alongside marketing
• Experience in publisher/platform partnerships with a comprehensive understanding of inventory and data

Pay

$165,000 – $185,000 annually
