Director, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will shape the systems, processes, and insights that support revenue growth across the go-to-market organization. The role blends strategic revenue operations with hands-on technical execution, requiring close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, process discipline, and the ability to build scalable infrastructure that improves forecasting, data quality, and operational efficiency. They will also help design and automate core GTM workflows while serving as a key connector across teams. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Own pipeline management, forecasting, quota setting, and reporting Architect the GTM tech stack and implement AI-driven automations Manage GTM data quality and provide actionable reporting insights Design scalable GTM processes and document them for team use Align Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on systems and data definitions Qualifications 6+ years in revenue operations, GTM strategy, consulting, banking, or private equity Proficient in Salesforce, SQL, APIs, and AI/LLM tools Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM role Strong analytical skills in revenue modeling and forecasting Ability to pivot between strategic and tactical tasks effortlessly Bachelor's degree required Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization Benefits Opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced startup environment Access to cutting-edge AI tools and technology Collaborative work culture across departments Hands-on work in a dynamic role that drives company success Ability to shape revenue operations from the ground up Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
