Director, Revenue Marketing & AI Enablement
About the Role
Deposco is a cloud-native supply chain platform growing fast in a market being remade by AI. This role owns two key areas: the pipeline engine and the reinvention of how that engine runs. You will lead revenue marketing—integrated campaigns, events, ABM, sales alignment, and the programs that create and accelerate pipeline for new logos and customer expansion. Additionally, you will serve as the marketing organization's AI-first operator, identifying where AI can compress cycle time, cut program cost, or open new plays, then driving the adoption of those capabilities across the team.
This is not a technical role; you will not code. Instead, you will define requirements and orchestrate builds through operations teams, agencies, and vendors. The core skill we're hiring is judgment about what AI should do in a revenue marketing motion—and the operational follow-through to make it real, measurable, and repeatable.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline programs: Develop and execute integrated campaign strategy across email, ABM (DemandBase), paid programs, third-party content syndication, webinars, and trade show management. Own pipeline creation, acceleration, SALs, and customer expansion metrics.
- Sales alignment: Act as the connective tissue between marketing and sales, including outbound sequencing, marketing office hours, shared process development, and program reporting that sales trusts.
- AI-first operating model: Maintain a roadmap of AI-enabled improvements for revenue marketing, such as campaign production, lead scoring/routing, personalization, reporting, and program analysis. Define use cases, success metrics, and drive adoption, measured by operating leverage.
- Team and stack: Lead marketing operations and own the MarTech stack (HubSpot core), ensuring platform decisions align with an AI-first approach.
