About the role
As Director, Revenue Integrity, you will lead a team focused on optimizing revenue cycle management processes, ensuring accurate billing and coding practices, and mitigating financial risks. You will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and financial teams to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee revenue integrity initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency in billing and coding processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce financial risk and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues related to revenue cycle management.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices in revenue integrity and coding.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing revenue integrity teams.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay
