Director Recruitment Talent Advisor

About the role

This role supports Director and Senior Director-level recruitment across multiple markets, partnering with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire top executive talent. You'll manage a full desk of director-level requisitions, delivering end-to-end recruitment support and exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences. The position provides white-glove recruitment services while building trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full desk of director-level requisitions, delivering end-to-end recruitment support and exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences
• Provide white-glove recruitment services while building trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders
• Lead strategic sourcing efforts for complex, hard-to-fill roles across multiple markets using LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS, and other recruitment tools
• Deliver recruitment insights, reporting, and updates to Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams to support data-driven decisions

Minimum qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Preferred qualifications

• Experience as a recruiter supporting finance and/or revenue cycle positions strongly preferred
• Strategic sourcing and recruitment partnership, focusing on hard to fill roles across various markets (LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS sourcing experience required)
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) preferred
