Education What minimum requirements you’ll need High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What Additional Preferences We're Seeking Experience as a recruiter supporting finance and/or revenue cycle positions strongly preferred. Strategic sourcing and recruitment partnership, focusing on hard to fill roles across various markets. (LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS sourcing experience required).Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) preferred.
