Director, Recruitment and Retention

About the role

The Director of Recruitment and Retention supports the mission and strategic priorities of the Lubin School of Business by leading initiatives that attract, enroll, and retain high-quality undergraduate and graduate students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment, enrollment, student success, employer engagement, and career readiness strategies.
• Strengthen Lubin's market position, enhance the student experience, and improve enrollment, retention, graduation, internship, and job placement outcomes.
• Contribute to strategic planning, enrollment management, employer partnerships, and student engagement initiatives as a key member of the Dean's leadership team.
• Collaborate with the Dean, Associate Deans, department chairs, faculty, Enrollment Management, Marketing and Communications, Career Services, Alumni Relations, and Student Affairs.
