About the role
MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is looking for an extraordinary person to join our team as the Director, Rebate Economics. This position is exempt and located in the United States. The salary range is $155,380 - $221,416 - $287,451, with a full review of our comprehensive pay and benefits discussed at the offer stage.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic oversight of enterprise-wide rebate analytics and pricing models that create maximum value for the enterprise and client.
- Direct the development and implementation of financial strategies for internal and external parties.
- Serve as an executive subject matter expert for rebate economics, pricing strategies, financial analytics, and client reporting methodologies.
- Provide recommendations to key leadership on key outcomes relating to pricing models, methodologies, and assumptions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Trade Relations, Clinical, Finance, Product, Technology, and Client Management teams to identify and capture opportunities for operational improvement, revenue optimization, and enhanced reporting capabilities.
- Provide strategic consultation to internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners regarding pricing methodologies, rebate performance, financial results, and emerging market trends.
- Direct, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics organization focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and exceptional client service.
- Support business growth initiatives by evaluating financial impacts, pricing opportunities, client economics, and market competitiveness associated with prospective and existing client relationships.
- Supervise assigned staff in the segment area, managing their direction, coordination, and evaluation.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree required or equivalent; plus 12 years’ related experience; 10 years of SME in respective area(s); (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 8 years supervisory experience; Supervisory experience may be substituted with 12 years of MedImpact experience plus an appropriate external leadership training program and internal mentorship with a seasoned leader at the Director level or above that must be completed within 12 months in new position.
- Moderate experience with SQL, database applications, financial modeling tools, reporting platforms, and enterprise project tracking tools is required.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
