This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions in a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Act as the global point of contact for all analytical matters regarding assigned products
- Lead strategy for analytical investigations, ensuring sound scientific analysis and effective corrections
- Drive analytical change control processes, including updates and instrument upgrades
- Manage analytical lifecycle for methods, stability, and specifications globally
- Provide subject matter expertise for regulatory submissions and comply with post-approval requirements
- Govern internal and external QC networks aligning metrics and expectations for quality management
- Contribute as an analytical expert during audits and inspections ensuring compliance readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Biopharmaceuticals with commercial lifecycle expertise required; Master’s or Doctoral degrees preferred
- Expertise in GMP QC and/or analytical sciences for small molecule methods (HPLC/UPLC, GC)
- Strong knowledge of method validation, stability management, and data integrity
- Demonstrated ability to lead decisions and influence globally in a matrix organization
- Exceptional technical writing and report preparation skills

$168,000 – $228,000 annually
