Director, Provider Data Process Owner
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director, Provider Data Process Owner to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will guide complex transformation efforts tied to provider data processes and broader operational execution across the organization. The position will partner closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and executive leaders to improve workflow design, strengthen implementation discipline, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams through final delivery.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Support strategy for complex business transformation efforts
- Provide oversight for execution of business cases, assessing feasibility and risk
- Lead implementation by ensuring consideration of all processes for maximizing results
- Analyze data, workflows, and staff organization to execute initiatives
- Collect and analyze data to recommend business practices for efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholder subject matter experts for knowledge transfer and training
- Drive consensus and maintain project integrity through final implementation
- Create communications for stakeholders and contribute to executive presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in health care or insurance with large-scale project leadership
- Operations experience preferred
- Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI preferred

Pay
$148,000 – $274,200 annually
