Director, Provider Contracting

Responsibilities

• Initiate and negotiate physician and hospital contracts
• Analyze detailed data to assess financial impacts of contracts
• Maintain and update contract details across multiple systems
• Identify and recruit providers based on network needs
• Implement strategic plans for operational improvements
• Lead contracting team to foster strong provider relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Extensive provider contracting experience
• Proven leadership experience, including teambuilding
• Proven contract preparation skills, especially in Medicare methodologies
• Strong financial acumen with proficiency in contract financial analysis
• Residence within reasonable proximity to South Carolina with occasional travel availability

Pay

• $138,900 – $191,000 annually
