  • Train and support Account Executives, Regional Sales Leaders, and other internal partners on proposal processes, expectations, tools, and best practices.
  • Serve as a liaison with Customer Support, Technology, and other stakeholders for data privacy questions and customer requests related to bids, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor proposal performance, market trends, competitive questions, regulatory changes, and industry standards related to contracts, bids, and educational sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, cooperative partners, and external proposal collaborators.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate priorities, build trusted relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex requirements into clear proposal strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management discipline, with the ability to manage multiple complex, deadline-driven proposals simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and quality.
