Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and virtual surveys to assess property risks
- Perform detailed assessments of operations and controls
- Summarize findings in internal reports with loss improvement recommendations
- Complete loss analysis and sprinkler plan reviews
- Support underwriters and brokers with expert recommendations
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Train junior staff in virtual and field settings
Qualifications
- Engineering or comparable degree/experience
- 7+ years of experience in a safety-related role; property and casualty insurance experience preferred
- Certification in NFPA and FM Data Sheets
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications
- Experience with Nat Cat evaluations, particularly flood risks
- Ability to evaluate sprinkler system adequacy and calculate loss expectancies
- Strong consultative skills for detailed reporting and client compliance support

$133,300 – $194,516 annually
