This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage collaboration within project teams for global clinical trials
- Provide leadership and oversight for clinical programs and activities as necessary
- Act as primary point of escalation for sponsors beyond project management issues
- Optimize project management profitability to meet budget targets
- Manage resource allocation to ensure quality, cost, and time goals are achieved
- Support project managers with technical guidance on scope, risk management, and deliverables
- Measure KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in clinical research with a focus on project management and line management
- Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration

Pay
$162,000 – $243,000 annually
