About the role

The Director, Project Management - Financial Enterprise Engagement supports the Associate Vice President Financial Enterprise Engagement in leading and implementing Project Horizon, the Indiana University Financial Transformation Initiative. Project Horizon aims to modernize IU's financial operations and systems to ensure fiscal responsibility and future strength.

Department-Specific Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day execution and delivery of Project Horizon initiatives across University Administration (UA) and all IU campuses.
• Leads finance working groups and process workshops in partnership with external consultants and IUHR.
• Serves as the primary liaison between campus leaders, UA units, and external consulting partners.
• Facilitates project committees, working groups, and vendor teams.
• Partner closely with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications teams.
• Manages comprehensive communication streams across all institutional levels.
