Responsibilities

• Direct project and programme management activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive the development and execution of project management strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in clinical trial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Oversee project progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance on project prioritization, stakeholder communication, and alignment with broader organizational objectives.
• Establish partnerships with external stakeholders to facilitate project success and share best practices in project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in project management within the clinical research or healthcare sectors.
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 20%).
