Key Responsibilities Enterprise Portfolio & Transformation Leadership Own a portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives across Operations, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and transformation roadmapLead and oversee complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple business units, systems, and workflowsEstablish prioritization frameworks to align initiatives with business value, operational readiness, and resource capacityDrive clarity on scope, sequencing, trade-offs, and expected outcomes across all major initiatives Cross-Functional Execution & Integration Serve as the central point of coordination across Stores, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Construction & Design, Procurement, Legal, IT, and HRAlign stakeholders across functions to ensure initiatives are executable, integrated, and field-readyProactively identify and manage dependencies, risks, and execution gaps across initiativesEnsure enterprise initiatives are translated into clear, coordinated plans that minimize disruption to field operations PMO Governance, Standards & Operating Model Build and scale project management standards, tools, and governance routines across the Operations organizationEstablish consistent processes for initiative intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and post-launch evaluationDrive transparency through executive-level reporting, dashboards, and structured governance forumsEnsure consistent application of risk management, decision-making frameworks, and escalation protocols Strategic Partnership & Influence Partner closely with senior leaders across Operations and corporate functions to translate corporate strategy and transformation priorities into executable initiativesServe as a partner to leaders by connecting enterprise priorities with operational execution realities and transformation goalsInfluence prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation decisions to support enterprise strategy and successful transformation executionSupport the SVP, Operations Transformation in advancing strategic initiatives, driving alignment, and reinforcing accountability across the organization Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead post-implementation reviews to assess impact, adoption, and opportunities for optimizationEnsure initiatives deliver measurable improvement in operational performance, cost, speed, and experience Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and/or Program Leads supporting Operations initiativesEstablish clear performance expectations, coaching, and development pathways for the teamElevate project management capabilities across Operations through tools, training, and best practice sharingFoster a culture of accountability, ownership, and results orientation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred10–12+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or transformation rolesDemonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functionsExperience operating within or building a PMO or governance model strongly preferredStrong understanding of retail or multi-unit operations (stores, supply chain, or related functions)Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across a highly matrixed organizationStrong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plansExceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindsetExperience leading and developing high-performing teams Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer!
