About the role
The Director, Program Planning & Control, Moon Base Program, serves as the senior executive responsible for leading end-to-end programmatic integration, resource strategy, and business execution for NASA's Moon Base Program within the Human Spaceflight Mission Directorate (HSMD). This role supports the Associate Administrator for HSMD and the Moon Base Program Manager in delivering on the Agency's strategic commitment to establish a sustainable, enduring human presence on the lunar surface.Summary

Mandatory Technical Qualification (MTQ)
- MTQ: Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end programmatic integration (such as overseeing cost, schedule, performance and risk integration), resource strategy, and business execution for large-scale, complex human spaceflight programs or portfolios with high technical, operational, or national-level consequence.
