About the role

Our team of scientists is working together to rapidly advance MGD programs that target undruggable or inadequately drugged targets with unprecedented specificity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and optimization of novel molecular glue degraders
• Collaborate on the development of AI-driven drug discovery pipelines
• Participate in structural biology experiments to validate targets
• Utilize proteomic techniques to assess drug efficacy and selectivity

Requirements

• A PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
• Experience in molecular glue degrader chemistry
• Strong background in AI and machine learning
• Knowledge of structural biology and proteomics

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
