Responsibilities
- Define and govern project methodologies and quality standards
- Own and manage project accountability from Day 1
- Support Service’s Director in developing an efficient project management team
- Oversee multiple accounts while personally managing key projects
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and project teams for successful project delivery
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage survey results
- Establish project goals and KPIs for project managers
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of account & customer management experience
- 3 years of management experience
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies
- Contact center industry background with technical proficiency
- Experience in software/solution deployment projects in IT
- Ability to thrive in multicultural environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT management or Business preferred
