Responsibilities

  • Define and govern project methodologies and quality standards
  • Own and manage project accountability from Day 1
  • Support Service’s Director in developing an efficient project management team
  • Oversee multiple accounts while personally managing key projects
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D, and project teams for successful project delivery
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage survey results
  • Establish project goals and KPIs for project managers

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of account & customer management experience
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Practical knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Contact center industry background with technical proficiency
  • Experience in software/solution deployment projects in IT
  • Ability to thrive in multicultural environments
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT management or Business preferred

Pay
