Director - Production Support, Market Risk

Non-Negotiable Skills

• 10+ years of production support experience in financial services
• At least 5 years leading L2/L3 support across multi-region teams
• Experience working in Risk or front-office trading support
• Hands-on technical experience, including programming
• Ability to write and execute queries
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, production support, production hygiene, and real-time monitoring
• Experience supporting both on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments
