Director Production & Intervention (PRI) Manufacturing

About the role

Weatherford has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Director Production & Intervention (PRI) Manufacturing to join the team in Houston. Reporting to the VP Fulfillment, the Director PRI Manufacturing is a critical leadership role across the Weatherford organization, with responsibility for the performance and strategic direction of multiple manufacturing facilities supporting the PRI portfolio. The Director PRI Manufacturing will lead and develop manufacturing teams across the network and drive safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective operations through strong manufacturing and production management, Lean Manufacturing implementation and execution, supply chain coordination, quality assurance, inventory control, and disciplined use of manufacturing systems. The role partners closely with plant leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align capacity, footprint, talent, technology, and operational priorities across facilities and to deliver consistent performance against customer and business requirements. In addition, the Director will support the integration of NCS Multistage Holdings following its acquisition by Weatherford, with specific focus on the synergies of their production line with the existing Weatherford manufacturing footprint
