About the Team
The Product Practice & Enablement team at Capital One drives the transformation of the bank towards a destination-backed model. They modernize how the bank works, learns, and delivers value through four core focus areas:
- Strategic Upskilling: Equipping PMs with the necessary frameworks to drive strategy, make data-backed decisions, and solve complex customer problems.
- AI-Enabled Discovery: Leading the "AI Understand" roadmap to explore how emerging technologies will transform the PM workflow and technical fluency.
- Accelerated Experimentation: Developing new strategic initiatives to accelerate learning and market validation by bypassing traditional delivery bottlenecks.
- XFN Operating Models: Refining working models to ensure cross-functional teams are unified and aligned towards common goals.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field with 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products preferred.
