Director, Product Management - Threat AI Detections

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for AI-driven threat detection and protection
• Scale AI and machine learning capabilities to counter sophisticated cyber threats
• Lead the product lifecycle of AI and ML detection engines from ideation to retirement
• Integrate Talos AI detections across the company Security products and platforms
• Align stakeholders around strategic priorities and execute cross-functionally
• Establish standards for ethical AI practices in security solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience, or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years experience, including 4+ years in leadership
• 5+ years in enterprise cybersecurity focusing on threat intelligence or AI/ML-based products
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling security platforms or detection technologies
• Experience managing large-scale initiatives across engineering, data science, and business teams
