Director, Product Management (OMS Digital Platforms)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director Product Management (oms Digital Platforms) to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for OMS digital delivery
• Lead product discovery and design for core OMS functions
• Drive a unified product experience across self-service ordering and resolution workflows
• Partner with Ops and Service teams to build high-volume workflows and reduce manual effort
• Own product analytics for OMS, ensuring actionable performance metrics
• Establish product standards for a unified user experience across the tech stack
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-impact features in an Agile environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related technical field
• 12+ years in software product management or engineering; 6+ years in a leadership role managing product lifecycles
• Deep domain knowledge of order lifecycles and complex orchestration
• Proven track record of scaling B2B or SaaS supply chain platforms
• Exceptional communication skills with an executive presence
