As a Director Product Management Mobile, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Mobile App Product team reporting to Senior Director Mobile Product Management, you will support innovative projects that will focus on usability, ensuring that the mobile app is easy to access and intuitive to use.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for Product Owners across multiple mobile app pods, ensuring alignment with Hilton's goals and objectives.
• Oversee a pod-based team topology to drive efficient collaboration, coordinating core product teams with specialized enabling teams (e.g., analytics, research, accessibility).
• Partner with the Senior Director of Mobile App Product to define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the mobile app, balancing strategic initiatives with evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Develop and present innovative product concepts tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Directly manage Product Owners, supporting them in defining and executing product features, user stories, and business requirements.
• Empower Product Owners to take ownership of their areas, while aligning their work with overarching product strategy and company goals.
• Identify and
