For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Director of Product Management - Client Experience to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Client Experience and Member Enrollment
  • Enhance workflows for employer onboarding, file ingestion, and enrollment quality
  • Develop tools for error resolution in enrollment processes
  • Lead improvements in client implementation workflows and transition processes
  • Create tools for Client Success teams to track account performance and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Eligibility Product Lead to ensure data accuracy in enrollment decisions
  • Manage and coach two product team members

Requirements

  • 10+ years product management or related experience with complex platforms or enterprise workflows
  • 3+ years of people-management experience
  • Proven ability to align product strategy with operational execution
  • Experience in enrollment, onboarding, and identity matching processes
  • Strong grasp of data validation, integrations, and identity management
  • Background in working with engineering teams on data-intensive products
  • Ability to streamline processes through scalable product solutions

Pay

$175,000 – $195,000 annually
