The Director, Product Management oversees the product development process, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This includes managing cross-functional teams, leading strategic initiatives, and driving innovation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
• Develop and execute product strategies that meet business objectives and customer needs

• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or related field
• Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
