Director, Product Management - AI Platform & Data
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Director of Product to own the strategic direction of SurveyMonkey's AI platform, agentic product experiences, and data corpus. This is a high-ownership role with a small, senior team, close partnerships with Engineering and Data Science leadership, and direct line of sight to the Chief Product Officer (CPO).
What You’ll Be Working On
- Lead product strategy for SurveyMonkey’s agentic and conversational surface areas.
- Influence how intelligent, automated workflows change what it means to run a survey program.
- Own the AI/ML platform layer, enabling AI capabilities across the product in close partnership with LLM infrastructure and data science teams.
- Define and execute a multi-phase strategy to make our data corpus a customer-facing competitive advantage, from cross-survey intelligence to industry benchmarks to predictive signals.
- Lead a team of PMs focused on AI platform and data products.
Qualifications
- Proven track record building an AI/ML platform at scale.
- Not just shipping AI features, but owning the platform that enables them across a product.
- Understanding of LLM-powered workflows, tool use, and autonomous agent design.
- Strong data background, working where data was central to the product value proposition, not just an input.
- Director-level PM leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth or platform-transformation context.
- Ability to operate as a peer to VP-level engineering and data science leaders.
- Evidence that your strategy work changed directions.
