Director, Product Management (Advisor Experience)

About the role

Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Advisor Experience from concept to execution
• Integrate client feedback mechanisms into the advisor portal
• Create tools for advisor capacity management and client-advisor matching
• Establish tools to retain clients when advisors transition
• Develop playbooks to mitigate client losses due to advisor departure
• Track and learn from client relationship events with internal logging
• Leverage AI for improved advisor productivity and decision-making
• Set product priorities and work collaboratively with development partners
• Ensure alignment on key business outcomes through product development

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, preferably in financial services or B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to deliver products that integrate into existing workflows
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering and design
• Track record of overseeing multiple products simultaneously
• Skilled at translating complex business needs into product specs
• Familiarity with AI applications in product management
• Strong data interpretation skills for decision-making
• Exceptional communication skills for varied audiences
• Action-oriented while maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities

Pay

$150,000 – $175,000 annually
