Director, Product - Enterprise
What You'll Do at Figma
- Define and drive product strategy for AI enterprise-focused product areas, enabling the biggest companies in the world to support their teams through AI-powered business transformation
- Own admin experiences, file browser and search, permissions, and AI governance tooling
- Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities and define a long term vision for our Enterprise users
- Help shape how AI transforms collaboration between designers, PMs, engineers, and broader product teams
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer teams to ensure enterprise customer insights directly inform roadmap and product strategy
- Mentor and uplevel product managers across the organization through strong product thinking, customer empathy, and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading and developing Product ICs and Managers in an enterprise SaaS environment through mentorship and organizational leadership
- Successful track record of building and shipping products for large-scale enterprise customers with complex requirements (security, governance, permissions) and influencing product direction through direct customer engagement and strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of AI product strategy, AI-powered workflows, and developer/design tooling ecosystems, coupled with deep curiosity about how AI transforms team collaboration
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and executive leadership
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in executive-facing or customer-facing environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working on AI-powered collaboration, creativity, or productivity tools
- Background in developer platforms, workflow systems, or enterprise infrastructure products
- Experience leading organizational change management or AI transformation initiatives inside large enterprises

Pay Transparency Disclosure: If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

Figma’s compensation and benefits are subject to change and may be modified in the future. Annual Base Salary Range: $290,000—$376,000 USD
