About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director Product And Pipeline Communications (oncology And Neurology) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Minimum 12 years in high-impact communications roles
- Experience in biopharma communications or healthcare agency setting preferred
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with an ability to simplify technical details
- Proficient in social media strategy and content creation
- Confident relationship builder across organizational boundaries
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs
