Director, Procurement Projects
Responsibilities
The Director of Procurement will report to the Sr. Director of Procurement strategy and be responsible for the following key activities:
- Business Process Transformation
- Oversee key teams responsible for various P2P systems including, but not limited to, Ironclad, iProc, Coupa, DORA, etc.
- Develop multi-year transition plans for technologies to ensure DVA is appropriately adopting technology as various systems are sunset.
- Cook up comprehensive approaches to field communications on behalf of PRISM, ensuring key information reaches field leadership to act on in a timely manner.
- Oversight of Strategic Projects
- Ensure standardization of key procurement activities such as category strategy design, auction evaluation, RFx activities, and other relevant actions.
- Modify procurement activities at-scale and drive adoption based on evolution of technological landscape (Palantir, Oracle, Coupa, CLM, etc).
- Cook up comprehensive approaches to field communications on behalf of PRISM, ensuring key information reaches field leadership to act on in a timely manner.
- Coordinate across PRISM to ensure enterprise-wide initiatives are supported appropriately with appropriate diligence.
- Support Critical Activities
- Design of executive-ready presentations for Monthly Operating Reviews and Fun Weeks.
- Coordination with teams (ERS, ERM, Pioneer, etc) across the enterprise on critical projects.

Pay

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
