Director, Procurement

Payroll, benefits, and finance solutions — all in one place. The Procurement Director is responsible for designing and implementing OSV's procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures. This role owns the end-to-end source-to-pay process and leads vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost-savings initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and implement OSV's procurement strategy, policies, and operating proceduresOwn the full source-to-pay lifecycle: sourcing, RFP/RFQ management, contract negotiation, and vendor onboardingBuild and manage a vendor/supplier management program, including performance scorecards and risk assessmentPartner with Legal, IT, and business unit leaders to review and negotiate contracts (SaaS, professional services, etc.)Identify and execute cost-savings initiatives across the vendor portfolioEstablish procurement systems, tools, and reporting to give leadership visibility into spendDevelop and enforce purchasing approval workflows and delegation of authorityReport on procurement KPIs (savings, cycle time, compliance) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience, including experience building or scaling a procurement functionStrong contract negotiation and vendor management skillsExperience with procurement/P2P systemsExcellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating cross-functionally with Legal, IT, and business leadersStrong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable cost savingsExperience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment You are encouraged to learn and share ideas when you join the OneSource Virtual team.
