Director, Procurement

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Procurement to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will own the procurement function across the organization, shaping strategy, governance, and execution for a high-impact operations environment. The role will focus on building disciplined source-to-pay processes, strengthening supplier performance management, and improving visibility into spend and savings. You will partner closely with Legal, IT, and business leaders to negotiate contracts, drive compliance, and deliver meaningful cost efficiencies. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Design and implement procurement strategy, policies, and operating procedures Own the full source-to-pay lifecycle, including sourcing, RFP/RFQ management, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding Build and manage a supplier management program, including performance scorecards and risk assessment Partner with Legal, IT, and business unit leaders to review and negotiate contracts Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives across the vendor portfolio Establish procurement systems, tools, and reporting to provide leadership visibility into spend Develop and enforce purchasing approval workflows and delegation of authority Report on procurement KPIs, including savings, cycle time, and compliance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 8+ years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills Experience with procurement and P2P systems Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable cost savings Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment Benefits Remote work flexibility Opportunity to lead and shape procurement strategy Engagement with cross-functional teams Potential for significant cost savings impact Visibility into organizational spend and procurement performance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
