Responsibilities We are seeking a Private Client Services (PCS) Director in the Tax Department. As a Director in PCS, you will be responsible for: Review of tax returns, income tax projections and tax workpapers. Specifically, federal and state individual and fiduciary tax returns. Possess strong technical skills in individual and fiduciary income tax, with working knowledge in partnerships and S-corporationsResponsible for being the direct contact to client and manage all aspects of client accountsProvide effective consulting, planning and compliance for your clientsResearch and document tax issues and identify planning opportunities Review accuracy of tax returns and minimize tax liability for your clientsWork to expand client base and supports business development activitiesEnsure timeliness and completeness of projectsMentor, train and supervise staff Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, Masters in Taxation is preferred, CPA preferred10+ years of public accounting experience, including 5+ years of supervisory experienceKnowledge of hedge fund and private equity K1sExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding analytical, organizational and project management skillsHighly motivated to succeed and be part of a high-performing teamProficient with CCH Axcess, Sureprep, BNA Income Tax Planner, CCH AnswerConnect, RIA Checkpoint, XCM and Microsoft Office
