Strategy & Execution
Develop strategic plans and convert them into annual growth plans with supporting functional objectives
Manage product portfolios and new product roadmaps
Develop and deploy annual capital expenditure plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of product line initiatives
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to find opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Sales Enablement
Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and provide ongoing sales support.
Develop and deliver sales training materials and tools to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively sell our products.
Create sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and other sales support resources.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
Responsible for product line financial performance including annual target setting and quarterly forecasting
Establish objectives and key results to measure the effectiveness of product management and new product development initiatives
Track and analyze product line performance data and present insights to executive leadership
Use data-driven analysis to optimize revenue and profitability.
Leadership & Mentorship
Manage and mentor Product Management team members
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
15+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering Management, preferably in the electrical industry
Proven track record of developing and delivering successful go-to-market strategies
Solid understanding of product positioning, messaging, and branding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong presentation abilities
Product development and commercialization experience
10+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
Skills

Pay
$172,900.00 - $257,000.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
