Director, Portfolio Management - Hybrid AZ

Responsibilities

• Drive the creation of a connected roadmap for product and platform teams
• Lead annual budgeting processes and track financial performance
• Organize structured planning events for team alignment and goal clarity
• Facilitate executive committee meetings for strategic priority alignment
• Establish portfolio governance forums to enhance decision-making
• Manage the operating rhythm of the technology leadership team
• Identify and streamline operational inefficiencies in planning processes

Qualifications

• 10+ years in portfolio or program management within technology-driven environments
• Proven experience in strategic planning and leading financial processes
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Expertise in dependency and risk management across multi-team initiatives
• Familiarity with planning and roadmap management tools
• Background in hospitality, travel, retail, or enterprise technology preferred
