Director, Portfolio Management

About the role

The Director, Portfolio Management owns the performance of Vivint's product and service portfolio across customer and market segments. This role is accountable for the health and trajectory of the portfolio: deciding where to invest, where to maintain investment, and where to exit; setting and driving performance targets across products and segments; and running the governance that keeps GTM, Product Marketing and Finance leadership aligned on portfolio priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of Vivint's product, service, and customer-segment portfolio — accountable for results, not just visibility into security monitoring revenue, other recurring revenue streams and hardware.
• Set portfolio-level performance targets and manage the portfolio actively against them, escalating and course-correcting when products, segments, or channels underperform.
• Make and drive investment, resourcing, and lifecycle decisions across the portfolio — which products or segments to grow,
