We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "What we do" and "Job Description". We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. We have content: About the role (maybe from "What we do" and "Job Description" combined). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Qualifications (maybe separate Minimum and Preferred). Skills maybe part of Requirements. Benefits (list). Pay (salary range). Schedule (maybe not present; no schedule info). So we should not include Schedule if not present. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, agency statements, contact info, etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to capture: - What we do: description of Terabase Energy, mission, team, locations. - Job Description: description of role, reporting, leading team, etc. We can combine into About the role section. Responsibilities: bullet list under headings: Organizational Leadership & Strategy, Delivery & Customer Operations, Team Leadership & Development, Process & Delivery Excellence, Business & Financial Management. Each with sub-bullets. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications bullet list. Preferred Qualifications: maybe under Qualifications? The instruction says use headings: Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Qualifications (maybe combine Minimum and Preferred). Skills maybe part of Requirements but we can include under Qualifications? Actually they said use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to use those exact headings if we have content. So we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Schedule omitted. We need to map content: - About the role: combine "What we do" and "Job Description" overview. - Responsibilities: the bullet points under Responsibilities heading. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications bullet list. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications bullet list. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills from Requirements: "Strong communication, executive presence, ability to influence across levels and functions. Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment; able to travel up to 25%, primarily to US-based project sites." Also "Hands-on adoption of ERP and/or PLM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Arena), and working fluency with PM and collaboration tooling (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce)." Those could be skills. We'll put them under Skills. - Benefits: list from "Benefits Compensation And Benefits" paragraph: "Generous time off and holiday policy Hybrid flexibility Flexible time off Comprehensive benefits package Career progression 401k match Stock options Home office set up allowance And much more!" We'll list each as bullet. - Pay: salary range: "$160,000- $185,000". Also note about individual pay determined etc. We'll include that. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, agency statements, contact info. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to keep details like "report to the Senior Director of Project Delivery", "own the strategic direction, organizational health, P&L performance, and scalable growth of the Project Management and Delivery program", etc. We'll embed those in About the role or Responsibilities as appropriate. We need to ensure we don't repeat content unnecessarily but preserve all. Let's craft HTML:

About the role

At Terabase Energy, we believe that digitalization and automation will drive the next wave of innovation and cost reduction in large scale solar. To fully unlock the potential of this opportunity, Terabase is developing an interconnected software and construction automation platform. We work alongside project developers, owners, and engineering & construction firms to support the design, optimization, and construction of huge solar projects around the world. Our team is a blend of solar-industry veterans and newbies, thought-leaders, dreamers, software, electrical and mechanical engineers, coders, product managers, project managers, and sales and marketing professionals. We are based in Northern California, with several other offices in the United States and around the world.

As Director, Portfolio Delivery within the Terabase SCADA program, you will report to the Senior Director of Project Delivery and own the strategic direction, organizational health, P&L performance, and scalable growth of the Project Management and Delivery program. You will lead a global team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Project Coordinators and own the execution and delivery of SCADA projects. You will own key customer relationships at an executive level and serve as the primary cross-functional leader connecting delivery operations with Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance to ensure SCADA systems are implemented, tested, and delivered within scope, time, and budget.

Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Organizational Leadership & Strategy
    • Set the strategic direction, operating model, and annual delivery roadmap for SCADA projects, and design the Program's operating cadence and governance — structured project reviews, escalation protocols, and decision-making frameworks — to enable scalable, predictable delivery and commercial excellence.
    • Identify operational risks, organizational constraints, and scaling challenges, and develop and own the mitigation and growth strategies to address them.
    • Represent the SCADA Program in executive forums, leadership planning, and company-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Delivery & Customer Operations
    • Serve as the senior Terabase relationship owner for a portfolio of large, complex projects, managing the full engagement lifecycle from booking to delivery.
    • Act as the voice of the customer across portfolio and project execution, customer success, and quality, and lead execution-focused workshops that improve overall experience.
    • Partner with Sales on deal review committee (DRC) submissions and account expansion, bringing delivery feasibility and operational input into the pursuit process.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead and develop a global team of managers, project managers, coordinators, and analysts owning task and resource prioritization, performance management, and compensation reviews.
    • Define clear role expectations and build bench strength through individual development plans, mentoring, and performance feedback — developing successors and stretch candidates through deliberate exposure to cross-functional initiatives, executive customer ownership, and contract management.
    • Lead hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and organizational design to build capacity ahead of business demand and run the team's operating rhythm and alignment meetings.
  • Process & Delivery Excellence
    • Own the SCADA Project Management playbook as the single source of truth for how the Program delivers, and drive adoption across the team.
    • Standardize FAT preparation, design-and-operations readiness reviews, and project delivery tracking across FNE, Met, and SCADA products.
    • Own the Project Delivery technology stack — Cora as the program system of record, NetSuite (ERP), and Arena (PLM) — driving operational efficiency through automation and AI, and ensure SCADA performance, RMA/warranty, and KPI dashboards give leadership real-time visibility into program health across the portfolio.
  • Business & Financial Management
    • Partner with the OT Business Unit to manage the P&L for the SCADA Program including project margin, portfolio profitability, revenue recognition, and resource utilization with accountability for committed financial targets.
    • Own annual planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and initiative prioritization across headcount, tooling, and infrastructure — partnering with Finance and Sales on a rolling view of bookings, pipeline, and backlog — and build financial cases (ROI, headcount, cost/pricing) for operational decisions.
    • Oversee client billing, collections, and project procurement, holding the team accountable for controlling program spend against budget.
    • Own delivery commercial accountability: partner with Sales and Legal on contract reviews and MSA negotiations and operate every engagement to the executed contract.
    • Own portfolio schedule tracking, own the bi-weekly SCADA program report and KPI update for leadership, and close the loop on client survey results.
Requirements:

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, energy, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in project or operations management in solar/renewable energy, heavy construction, energy, or other relevant fields - SCADA experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of people leadership, including managing Managers or cross-functional organizations and remote, international teams, with a track record of building and scaling a delivery organization.
  • Proven financial and commercial acumen: ROI analyses, budgets, and cost/pricing models.
  • Experience owning executive customer relationships, MSA negotiation, and delivery to scope and SLA commitments.
  • Hands-on adoption of ERP and/or PLM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Arena), and working fluency with PM and collaboration tooling (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and ability to influence across levels and functions.
  • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment; able to travel up to 25%, primarily to US-based project sites.
Qualifications (Preferred):

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in a related field such as engineering, project management, operations, or otherwise.
  • Certification: PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
  • Experience working with SCADA systems, grid controllers, and Met stations.
Skills: we could pull out some skills not already covered: maybe "Strong communication, executive presence, ability to influence across levels and functions." and "Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment; able to travel up to 25%, primarily to US-based project sites." Also "Hands-on adoption of ERP and/or PLM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Arena), and working fluency with PM and collaboration tooling (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce)." But those are already in Requirements. However we can still list them under Skills if we want, but we must not duplicate content? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited but might be redundant. Better to avoid duplication; we can put skills that are not already captured elsewhere. However many skills are already in Requirements. We could still include them under Skills but that would be duplication. Might be okay but better to avoid. Perhaps we can extract skills like "Strong communication, executive presence, ability to influence across levels and functions." and "Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment; able to travel up to 25%, primarily to US-based project sites." Those are also in Requirements. Hmm. We could decide to not include Skills section if no unique content. But the instruction says we should include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. If we don't have unique skills beyond those already captured, we could omit Skills. However we might still include Skills with content that overlaps but it's still specific content. The instruction doesn't forbid duplication, but says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to omit Skills if not needed. Thus we will not include Skills section. Benefits:

Benefits

  • Generous time off and holiday policy
  • Hybrid flexibility
  • Flexible time
