Job Category Professional & Managerial Organization 112400000 Asst VP Facilities Planning/Design Employee Status Regular Shift Day/1st Shift Work Arrangement (final schedule to be determined by the department/hiring manager) Onsite" We need to extract sections: - About the role: maybe a short description of role. The posting starts with "General Responsibilities". Could treat that as About the role? But we have separate sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. We have "General Responsibilities" and then "Essential Accountabilities:" which are responsibilities. So we can put those under Responsibilities. We have "Bachelor's degree ... and eight (8) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Supervisory Responsibilities." That's qualifications/requirements. We have "About UAB: UAB provides a comprehensive benefits package..." That's Benefits. We have "Salary Pay Range: $104,045 - $169,075" That's Pay. We have "Work Arrangement (final schedule to be determined by the department/hiring manager) Onsite" That's Schedule? It mentions schedule to be determined, but we should not create Schedule section if content is vague like "final schedule to be determined". The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). Here "final schedule to be determined by the department/hiring manager" is placeholder/vague. So we should not create a Schedule section. We also have "Shift Day/1st Shift". That's schedule info but still vague? It says Shift Day/1st Shift. That's specific: day shift. Could be considered schedule. However the phrase "Work Arrangement (final schedule to be determined by the department/hiring manager) Onsite" indicates schedule not final. Might be considered placeholder. Safer to omit Schedule section. We have no explicit Skills section. Could we infer skills from responsibilities? But we should not invent. So omit Skills. We have no explicit Qualifications separate from Requirements; but we could combine. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have qualifications: Bachelor's degree ... and eight years experience required. That's specific. So we can have a Qualifications section. We also have "Supervisory Responsibilities." That's a responsibility but could be part of Responsibilities. We have "About UAB:" which is about benefits and maybe about the role? Could be About the role? But we already have About the role maybe short summary: "Director-Planning, Design & Construction Mgmt" but we cannot repeat job title as heading. Could write a brief paragraph about the role: maybe from first sentence: "To direct and manage the team of facilities staff, consultants and contractors responsible for the overall development of larger planning design & construction programs and projects, campus master planning, landscape planning, to communicate project requirements, to make recommendations and to monitor project design and development in relation to major capital projects." That's more responsibilities. So About the role could be a brief overview: maybe the first sentence before "General Responsibilities"? Actually the posting: "Director-Planning, Design & Construction Mgmt The University of Alabama at Birmingham General Responsibilities". There's no separate overview. So we could omit About the role section if no specific content besides the title. But we need to include sections only when there is real specific content. Could we treat the first sentence after title as About the role? It's basically responsibilities. Might be better to have About the role with a short summary: maybe combine the first two sentences: "To direct and manage the team ... and to assist the AVP in selection of architects for major capital projects." That's still responsibilities. Given the instruction to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine About the role and Responsibilities into one Responsibilities section, and omit About the role. But the instruction says use headings for those categories if they exist. It doesn't forbid omitting some. So we can output only sections we have definite content: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also "About the role" if we can derive a short summary not just responsibilities. But we risk being thin. Let's see if we can extract a short summary: The role is Director-Planning, Design & Construction Mgmt at UAB. Could say: "The Director of Planning, Design & Construction Management oversees facilities staff, consultants, and contractors for large planning, design, and construction programs, campus master planning, landscape planning, and major capital projects." That's derived from responsibilities but still specific. Might be acceptable as About the role. But we must not invent details; we can rephrase but must preserve all substantive information. Summarizing is allowed? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Summarizing away detail is not allowed. So we cannot summarize; we must keep all details. So About the role would need to contain the same details as responsibilities, which would duplicate. Better to not have About the role. Thus we will output sections: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to format:

Responsibilities
