This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead the pipeline growth strategy and target-setting across multiple go-to-market segments
- Translate revenue objectives into actionable pipeline targets and plans
- Design and improve the pipeline operating rhythm based on a 13-week Revenue Operating Cadence
- Execute and oversee pipeline generation initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Establish global standards for pipeline management spanning from lead qualification to deal closure
- Create a comprehensive pipeline taxonomy and ensure consistency in reporting metrics
- Develop analytical insights and dashboards to guide pipeline performance efforts
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations, particularly in B2B SaaS environments
- Strong leadership experience, mentoring operations and analytics teams effectively
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and manage cross-functional collaborations
- Proficient in analytical skills, translating data into meaningful business insights
- Experience in designing governance frameworks for pipeline performance
- Familiar with CRM and BI tools like Salesforce and Tableau for reporting purposes
- Capable of working independently in a remote setting
Pay
$168,000 – $285,600 annually
