Director, Physicist/Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Leads large physics teams in design experiments & data analysis
Multi modules scale system design manufacturing and validation in the lab and in the field
Oversees and approves design reviews and research and analysis results
Initiates and leads high level / complex physics related system issues in the lab and in the field.
Initiates and leads product roadmap activities
Oversees HR processes of recruit / evaluation / physicists promotion
Responsible for several specific physics fields knowledge:

• Instructs physics team leaders
• Responsible for labs infrastructure and design

Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices as well as the changing business environment

Applies in-depth knowledge of own segment/function, business and commercial expertise to differentiate itself from the competition
