Director Pharmacy Services - Specialty Clinical Programs

For our client, we are seeking a Director Pharmacy Services - Specialty Clinical Programs to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee specialty clinical pharmacy programs with a focus on medication management, compliance, and performance improvement. The role partners closely with healthcare professionals and pharmacy teams to strengthen patient care services and drive operational excellence. It also includes leadership responsibilities across staff development, financial stewardship, and regulatory readiness within a health system environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Provide comprehensive oversight of pharmacy practice and medication management Mentor and empower pharmacy staff and leaders for effective performance Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care services Evaluate and develop new pharmacy practice programs as needed Monitor and report on pharmacy financial performance and compliance standards Develop and lead performance improvement initiatives and programs Ensure adherence to accreditation and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctoral Degree preferred At least 5 years of management experience in pharmacy or related processes Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in pharmacy services Active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania is required Strong mentoring and leadership skills Benefits Work remotely from home in Pennsylvania Engagement in continuous leadership development Opportunity for mentorship and professional growth Involvement in innovative pharmacy practices and patient-centric services Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
