About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality production processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and quality assurance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing is preferred
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
