Qualifications Master’s degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hireMinimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalentValid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services ProgramEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsOversee clinical and administrative functionsDevelop and implement program goals, policies, and proceduresSupervise and support staff developmentRepresent the agency in public and private forumsPromote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization Why Work With Us?
