Key Responsibilities
- Execute the digital performance marketing strategy across SEO and paid digital media in support of established revenue, margin, and acquisition goals.
- Lead the execution and ongoing optimization of digital performance marketing programs, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategy.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps for organic and paid initiatives aligned to annual and mid-term marketing priorities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment between marketing, analytics, media, and creative.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing SEO and paid media.
- Proven track record of scaling performance marketing programs and achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, paid media platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Google Analytics etc.).
- Expertise in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
