Director, People Partners - Product, Design & Engineering

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic People Partner to senior technology and design leadership
• Lead and develop a team of People Partners supporting Product, Design, and Engineering
• Execute people programs during rapid scaling and organizational change
• Drive core people cycles including performance and succession planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement people strategy
• Leverage data and insights to inform leadership decisions and measure impact
• Shape and scale the People Partner function itself

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a People Partner leader in high-growth environments
• Proven ability to support Product, Design, and Engineering organizations
• Strong business and technical acumen
• Experience managing a team and partnering with senior leaders
• Prominent track record of influencing decisions and outcomes
