Director, People Partner
About the role
The Director, People Partner at Conga supports a globally dispersed employee group focused on internal customer experience and partnership for our Operations and Services teams. Key responsibilities include providing support and guidance on performance management, talent assessments, compensation benchmarking, annual compensation planning, and leading a team of regional People Partners.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide performance management, talent assessments, and compensation planning
- Lead and manage a team of regional People Partners
- Navigate growth, organizational change, talent development, and performance management
Requirements
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of HR experience, including performance management, career development, talent assessment, and HR operations
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and analytics
- Previous experience in Workday
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
- Innovative thinking and willingness to research new processes
- Resourcefulness and collaborative skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%

Pay
Salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This role is hybrid, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
